Jalapeno Ranch
I am not quite sure how I have waited this long to post this AMAZING Dip (or how I have not managed to take a better photo any of the times I have made this, sorry)!!
Do you like Ranch?
Do you like foods with a delicious kick?
Do you enjoy homemade flavors?
… good – then you’ll love this Jalapeno Ranch! Ranch is one of my favorite things to whip up around here: its delicious and easy and everyone always enjoy it! When our garden started spewing jalapenos out to us it was time to switch up our regular ranch for a version with a little more pizazz!
This Ranch is spicy enough to satisfy your fire-breathing-dragon friends while still being calm enough to make the sweet-tooth people in your life smile throughout the day. If you want even more kick- it is as easy as adding more peppers! If you want a thinner dressing, add more buttermilk.
Jalapeno Ranch
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeno, stemmed and seeded
- 1 – 2 cloves garlic
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 lime, juiced (1 teaspoon)
- 1 handful cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place everything in a food processor and puree.
