Pork… One of the things which is always tough when cooking pork is to get it delicious and moist! Pork has a tendency to dry out when not cooked correctly. In order to avoid drying out your pork – it should be marinated (OR cooked low and slow as in a pulled pork). Pork Loins are often sold pre-marinaded which gives them a long time to soak up all of their deliciousness! When you are cooking up Pork Chops you can go the same method and marinade them for a while (instead of just coating them in something like a breading to keep those juices in).
